From a young age I developed my passion for cooking through my mum and grandmother.
I have always been inspired by local Italian ingredients, putting my own flair into individual dishes to create a unique dining experience I can be proud of. Furthermore, the restaurants for which I have worked have offered me the opportunity to bring traditional Apulian recipes to their tables.
